Orders and Shipping Information


When Will my orders be shipped ?

Orders placed before 6PM(IST) will be shipped on the next business day. Please note that in case you have opted for alteration, your order will be shipped in 2-3 working days.


How are the orders shipped ?

All the orders are shipped through Fedex.


How can I cancel my order?

Order can be cancelled only if it has not been shipped yet. Please contact us if you wish to cancel your order. The order amount will be credited to your loyalty points which can be used to make your next purchase.


What are the shipping charges?

We provide free shipping for domestic orders(India). For international orders, we provide free shipping for orders above $300. We charge $20 shipping fee for orders below $300.


How to request custom alteration?

For custom alterations, please select yes from the Require Alteration option. On clicking add to cart, you will be promoted to add your required measurements. Please ensure that you enter the measurements correctly.

I have received a damaged product. What should I do ?

In case you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with the details.


I am facing fitting issues with my product. What should I do ?

In case you are facing fitting issues, please raise the issue with our support team. We will arrange for pick-up, alter the product and send the product back to you. Please note that you will be liable to pay for the shipping fees.
