General terms and conditions

  1. During the registration, a basic verification process is done wherein the buyer should provide any one proof of business.
  2. Once we are through with the process of verification, the product selection shall be done from our website - www.satyadesigns.com and the SKUs can be conveyed either via email or Whatsapp.
  3. The first order should consist a minimum quantity of 20 products and the future order quantity can be lesser with certain conditions.
  4. The consignment will be dispatched only on full payment which is inclusive of GST and shipping charges. The payment shall be done by any of the following methods: Bank transfer, Credit/Debit card payment or Paypal.
  5. We have a steady and secure alliance with some of the leading logistic companies worldwide like FedEx, UPS and more. Thereupon, the consignments will be sent with utmost care and at the earliest time.
  6. We have a team of highly qualified members for quality control, who perform intensive quality check for every product before they are packed. There is almost zero possibility for the product to reach the buyer with defects. But at the rarest circumstance,
